The Role We are looking for an experienced, residential HVAC Installers, Service Technicians and Apprentices. In each of these roles, you will be part of a team that is the face of our company, running service calls, handling installations, and performing replacement work while providing excellent service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to residential and light commercial service calls.
- Accurately diagnose and repair all aspects of HVAC issues.
- Perform New HVAC installations and replacement work efficiently and up to code.
- Provide top-notch, honest customer service on every job.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensing: EPA certificate and Sheet Metal lic.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Traits: Honest, highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Excellent diagnostic skills and great customer service abilities.
