Account Executive – Commercial Cleaning with Jani King Omaha
Jani-King is the world's largest commercial cleaning franchise company, serving businesses through a network of over 9,000 franchise owners worldwide. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to help grow our market by developing new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning sales opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their cleaning needs.
- Prepare and present proposals using Jani-King's proprietary bidding system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in our CRM.
- Support new account start-ups by partnering with the Operations team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience with strong prospecting and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
