The Behavioral Edge is a small business that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and teens in the Oklahoma City Metro Area. We are professional, agile and our mission is to empower individuals and families through the application of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Our goal is to foster positive and lasting behavioral changes that enhance the lives of those we serve. We offer paid major holidays & PTO for full time employees! We offer behavioral analyst internships for those seeking supervision hours! Preference is given to candidates enrolled in a master’s program with BCBA accreditation. Candidates must have their RBT credential and 6 months experience to be considered for this position.
Duties Include
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Please note that previous experience in the field of behavior analysis or working with individuals with autism is required. Must have an active Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certificate to be considered for the position.
