Overview
We are seeking a part-time individual with commercial cleaning experience to clean a newly renovated office (approximately 4000sqft) Monday through Friday (5 days/week) starting around or anytime after 5:15PM. Located around 2300 E Common St., New Braunfels, Texas. Cleaning time is roughly 2 hours with pay being $28.00-$30.00/night of cleaning based on experience. Pay is bi-weekly. This office space is very clean and all you need to do is maintain that cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Remove trash
- Vacuum
- Clean and disinfect two small restrooms
- Wipe down/dust all work surfaces and various other areas (window sills, etc.)
- Dust mop and damp mop hard floors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 10-15 pounds
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
