We’re looking for a Commercial Glass Estimator / Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from bid to closeout. This role blends technical estimating expertise with hands-on project management, ensuring accuracy in pricing, clarity in scope, and excellence in execution. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial glass and glazing projects, including storefronts, curtain walls, entrances, interior glass, and specialty systems.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, addendums, and RFIs to determine project scope and requirements.
- Perform material takeoffs and work with vendors to obtain pricing for glass, aluminum, hardware, and specialty components.
- Develop detailed proposals, budgets, and bid packages.
- Manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion, including scheduling, procurement, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, field crews, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify conditions, measure openings, and support installation teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and represent the company professionally.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial glass, glazing, or a closely related construction trade.
- Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and glazing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Proficiency with Glazer Studio estimating software or other similar software (e.g, LogiKal, GDS,)
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu PDF editor software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and installation methods.
- Strong vendor and supplier relationships in the glazing industry.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
