Pay: $17–$25/hour (based on experience) + retail & liquor commission opportunities
Schedule: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced spa environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, is passionate about client care, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Experience with the Eminence Organic Skincare line is a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including:
- Facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions
- Advanced treatments: dermaplaning, enzyme peels, microdermabrasion
- Create a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest
- Conduct client consultations to recommend appropriate services and home care products
- Assist with front desk duties such as:
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing client records
- Promoting and selling retail skincare products
- Utilize salon software to track appointments and client history
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician License in the state of practice (Required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with retail sales (Preferred)
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques (Preferred)
- Familiarity with nail services is a plus
- Med spa or laser treatment experience is a bonus
- Comfortable using salon management software
- Dependable, professional, and able to work flexible hours
