What You'll Do:
- Attend in-office training & team meetings in Semmes every Monday & Thursday
- Run scheduled appointments
- Help families and individuals choose the right financial protection plans
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Schedule Structure:
- Monday & Thursday: Team training + planning (in office)
- Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat: Client appointments in the field by scheduled leads

Requirements:
- Excited to step into leadership; previous leadership experience preferred
- Reliable transportation for appointments
- Ability to obtain an Alabama state license (we walk you through it)
- In-office attendance every Monday & Thursday in Semmes
This is a commission-based position with weekly pay and bonuses.
