As a Hospice Aide, you'll be an essential member of an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional end-of-life care. Under the supervision of licensed nurses, you'll provide hands-on patient care while offering comfort, support, and compassion to both patients and their loved ones.
What You'll Do
Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
Assist patients with meals, mobility, repositioning, and comfort measures.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
Support patient safety and infection control practices.
Build meaningful connections with patients and families through active listening and compassionate communication.
Help create a warm, respectful, and dignified environment focused on comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications
Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Current CPR certification.
One year of recent clinical experience preferred.
Hospice or home health experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
