Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and bubble teas
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area
- Follow recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation
- Stock and replenish coffee supplies and ingredients
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
