Immediate openings in the Utica, Oneonta and Watertown area for an experienced RN Supervisors.
We are one of Central New York's largest licensed home care agencies. Responsibilities include direct supervision and coordination of in home agency staff who deliver client services. Conduct in home assessments and evaluations. Develop plan of Care based on client needs and findings during assessment. Prepare written documentation and summary of client status. Maintain professional competencies and credentials.
Qualifications: NYS Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Professional Nurse; 1-3 years nursing experience preferably in home care; New York state drivers' license; excellent organizational and communication skills.
