Haven Nashville – Brand New Inpatient Behavioral Health Treatment Center
Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Join the opening team at Haven Nashville, a brand new inpatient behavioral health treatment center dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. We're seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help shape our culture and deliver exceptional patient care from day one.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
- Complete nursing assessments, medication administration, and ongoing patient monitoring.
- Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral health emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
