About the Role: Top Brass, Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep production equipment, facility systems, and support equipment running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, completing preventive maintenance, and working closely with production teams to support daily operations.

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, tools, and related support equipment.
· Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and document work completed.
· Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, defective materials, and quality issues.
· Follow company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
· Support continuous improvement by recommending repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.
· Work with production employees, supervisors, contractors, and vendors to complete maintenance work with minimal disruption.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
· Work may include manufacturing, shop, office, and outdoor environments with dust, odors, oil, fumes, noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, kneel, crouch, and move equipment or materials as required.
· Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects in accordance with company safety practices.
Must complete required company safety and job-related training and use required personal protective equipment.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
