Seeking a sales professional who loves building relationships, growing business, and creating memorable events? We're looking for an energetic Outside Sales Catering Director to grow our catering business by developing new client partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Generate new catering business through networking, cold calls and community outreach.
- Meet with clients to understand their catering needs, prepare proposals, and create customized orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, churches, nonprofit, hotels, healthcare facilities, and local organizations and businesses.
- Generate recurring catering sales for meetings, training sessions, employee appreciation events, holiday parties, and special occasions.
- Manage the entire catering sales cycle—from lead generation and order entry to delivery, setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Build relationships with in-store pick up clients.
- Coordinate catering orders with the catering and kitchen team to ensure exceptional execution.
- Achieve sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.
