Davenport Environmental is a regional lawn care and pest control company serving the Carolinas and Georgia. We are seeking motivated, mature, and responsible members to join our growing turf management team! Lawn care and/or landscaping experience is preferred. Experience with tree and shrub applications and/or mosquito control applications is a plus. Training will be provided to those ready to learn. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers' lawns by applying fertilizer, treating weeds, and performing aerations and overseeding services. As a team member, you are expected to maintain the highest level of customer service! Additionally, a willingness to cross-train in marketing and pest control is desirable. Candidates with a background in turf management, horticulture, etc. are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay, health and vision insurance, life insurance, vacation time and paid holidays. Hours are Monday - Friday starting at 6:30am.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma/ GED
- Professional Appearance
- Valid Driver's License with driving record in good standing *Per company insurance requirements, must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Able and willing to work regular physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds throughout the working day
- Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug-screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
