About Us
We are a growing e-commerce company selling products through Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces across the United States and Canada. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Associate to support daily marketplace operations and help maintain and improve our online listings and marketplace activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, product management, e-commerce systems, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces
- Maintain accurate product information, images, and inventory data
- Coordinate with the Canada team on inventory requests, stock transfers, replenishment needs, and product availability between warehouse locations
- Support promotions, pricing updates, and marketplace activities as assigned
- Handle daily order processing, monitor order status, and coordinate shipment and fulfillment updates with warehouse operations
- Update and maintain accurate inventory on a daily base
- Maintain accurate records and support daily operational workflow
Qualifications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, large amount record, import/export data between systems
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, manage repetitive and detail-focused tasks accurately
- Ability to quickly learn e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, company products, inventory processes, and daily operational workflow

Work Arrangement: This position will begin as an on-site role during the initial training and probation period. Remote or hybrid work opportunities may be available after successful performance review and operational training.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
