Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various types of sewing machines to produce garments according to specifications.
- Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing operations.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation and garment construction techniques as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in garment construction and sewing is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating different types of sewing machines and equipment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
