Aire MedSpa is a data-driven, high-growth aesthetic clinic in Sarasota, FL. We believe that the environment is just as important as the treatment itself. We are looking for a Butler / Hospitality Lead to oversee the "Atmosphere and Artistry" of our guest experience. We are not just looking for staff; we are looking for a professional who treats hospitality as a high-level discipline.
THE ROLE - KEY PILLARS
- Elite Environment Management You are the "curator" of the spa. You ensure that every room is surgically clean, perfectly staged, and aesthetically flawless. You obsess over the details that others miss—from the scent in the air to the perfect alignment of products on a shelf.
- The "Six-Star" Guest Experience You provide a level of service usually reserved for private estates or five-star hotels. You anticipate guest needs before they ask, manage beverage service (mimosas, champagne, espresso) with grace, and ensure every VIP feels prioritized and cared for.
- Operational Flow & Support You are the "Director of Chaos." You assist the medical team by ensuring rooms are reset with precision, inventory is stocked exactly where it belongs, and the "behind-the-scenes" logistics of the clinic run with zero friction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Atmosphere Control: Maintaining the pristine visual standards of the lobby, treatment rooms, and common areas.
- White-Glove Service: Greeting VIPs, managing beverage and refreshment service, and ensuring a seamless "hand-off" to practitioners.
- Logistical Precision: Assisting in room transitions, managing fine linen service, and ensuring all clinical and hospitality supplies are inventoried and staged.
- Event Hosting: Leading the hospitality efforts for our exclusive events (like Makeovers & Mimosas), ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.
THE ESSENTIALS
- Experience: Background in luxury hospitality, high-end food & beverage, or private domestic service is preferred.
- The Person: You have a high "Hospitality IQ." You understand the difference between being a "waiter" and being a "butler."
- Standards: You have a "perfectionist" mindset and a deep appreciation for order, cleanliness, and luxury aesthetics.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) + Performance Bonuses. Benefits: Employee discounts, growth opportunities, and a professional, high-vibe work environment.
