The job consists in analyzing documents received from customers and/or their suppliers: invoices, BOLs, packing lists, certificates of origin, documents related to import/export permits, etc. Uploading invoice details in our ERP, reviewing Customs restrictions and regulations related to the commodities, filing for pedimentos (southbound), securing a driver for border clearance, following up with customers.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
