We’re looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our growing team. If you have a background in swimming pools, construction, and/or design—and a passion for creating dream outdoor spaces—this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are moving into a brand-new headquarters this Fall and look forward to growing our design team.
What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years of experience in the pool industry and/or construction preferred
- Highly preferred experience with Structure Studios pool design software or strong CAD design skills.
- Strong communication, customer relationship, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong industry connections and referral sources are highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss custom pool designs and options.
- Collect accurate measurements and data to complete custom designs
- Utilize Structure Studios to create 3D pool designs.
- Provide detailed proposals and guide clients through the sales process.
- Maintain strong follow-up and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
