Pool Water Products is currently hiring for a full-time Counter Sales and Warehouse Associate at our Dallas, Texas distribution facility.
The Position
We are seeking dependable, customer-focused, career-minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, are pro-active, and able to support both front counter sales and warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter
- Provide excellent customer service
- Pull parts from the warehouse
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Pick, pack, and organize orders in the warehouse
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Load/unload products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- At least 2 years of direct customer sales experience
- Minimum of 1 year Warehouse or distribution center experience
- Posses intermediate computer systems skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
