About Us
CRG is one of the largest used heavy truck parts operations in the Mid-Atlantic. We stock over 10,000 units of engines, transmissions, rears, cabs, and components for Freightliner, International, Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Western Star. We sell nationwide through heavytruckpart.com, Facebook Marketplace, TruckPartsInventory, and direct fleet accounts.
The Job
You will handle inbound calls and online leads, quote and close used parts sales, and build repeat business with fleets, independent shops, and owner operators. This is a phone and keyboard job with real earning potential. Our best people build a book of accounts that calls them by name.
What You Will Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and Facebook Marketplace inquiries and turn them into orders
- Quote parts using interchange, VIN decoding, and our inventory system
- Verify part condition, fitment, and application before the sale
- Arrange freight and coordinate with the yard on pulls and shipping
- Follow up on open quotes and dormant accounts
- Build relationships with repeat buyers, fleets, and dealers
What We Are Looking For
- Experience selling used heavy truck parts, or counter experience at a truck dealer, FleetPride, TruckPro, NAPA HD, or similar
- Working knowledge of Class 6 through Class 8 trucks and major component makes
- Comfortable with interchange systems and VIN lookups
- Strong phone presence and follow through. You have to like chasing the sale
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry
- Reliable and here every day
We will train the right person on our systems and inventory. If you have strong counter or phone sales experience in auto parts, equipment, or a related trade and you want to learn the heavy truck side, we want to talk to you.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
