Duties
- Perform professional esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing with precision and care.
- Apply eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and makeup applications to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
- Conduct retail sales by recommending skincare products, makeup items, lash and hair care products, utilizing upselling strategies to maximize client satisfaction.
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Square to ensure smooth front desk operations and guest services.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatment areas following health regulations; ensure proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Stay current with industry trends by participating in product demos, continuing education courses, and social media management to promote services and special offers.
Skills
- Proven experience as an esthetician with expertise in facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, body waxing and eyelash extensions.
- Strong knowledge of management practices within a salon or med spa environment; familiarity with salon software such as Square.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Skilled in sanitation procedures to uphold health standards; knowledgeable about sterilization techniques for all tools and equipment.
- Experience in retail sales strategies along with social media management to promote services effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments at the front desk while providing guest services that exceed expectations. Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
