Serve as SCRUM Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices. Guide Agile teams from formation to high performance by fostering collaboration and accountability. Conduct gate review meetings to obtain approvals and alignment from key stakeholders. Prepare and present executive-level summaries to support decision-making and action planning. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners. Use influence, collaboration, and communication skills to drive program outcomes. Translate technical recommendations and trade-offs for both engineering teams and executive leadership. Facilitate program communications, including tracking key metrics, documenting decisions, and maintaining internal documentation. Track program progress using input and data from stakeholders and maintain project trackers. Draft program charters defining scope, timeline, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Promote cross-functional collaboration across the organization to support program success. Create dashboards and automate project reporting to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
