Overview
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our team. Immediate qualifications are 5 years minimum cooking experience on the Charbroil, can speak English, legally can work in the USA and great references. If any of those aren't met please do not apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing meals according to dietary guidelines and menu plans.
- Support food safety standards by handling ingredients properly and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Help with meal plating and presentation to ensure appealing and nutritious dishes.
- Follow proper food handling procedures during food preparation and serving.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals for guests.
- Maintain organization of kitchen tools, utensils, and ingredients for efficient workflow.
- Support catering or special event food service as needed, ensuring quality and safety.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 5 Years minimum prior experience on Charbroil
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong knife skills and experience in meal preparation are advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn about menu planning, catering, and specialized dietary needs.
- Can speak English
- Legally able to work in the USA
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
