Job Overview
Eisenberg Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Case Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, along with a foundational understanding of the personal injury claims process.
Duties
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files under department manager supervision.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Schedule medical appointments and follow up with providers for records and billing.
- Review and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documents.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate file documentation within the case management system.
Skills
- This candidate must have prior experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm as a Case Manager
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- 1–2 years of experience in personal injury case management (plaintiff-side preferred).
- Familiarity with personal injury terminology, processes, and case lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
