Duties
- Handle our advanced, lightweight water-fed poles to clean windows up to 6 stories from the ground. It's about getting those high spots clean without needing a ladder.
- Using eco-friendly solutions and meticulous cleaning methods to achieve perfect, streak-free windows.
- Take on more than just windows by cleaning gutters, using pressure washers and soft washing, ensuring our clients' exteriors sparkle.
- Help our business grow by talking to people in the area, handing out door hangers, and letting customers know about the various services we offer.
- Work well with other technicians and helping each other to make sure every job is done right and every exterior shines. It's all about teamwork and making sure our customers area super happy with our work.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not a must.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate a scissor lift safely; certification may be required but training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
