Since 2020, Glausangeles has been at the cutting edge of streetwear and trends in the Philadelphia area and are looking to grow our team. With 2 locations in Bala Cynwyd and Ambler, we are looking for someone who has the streetwear passion that will help drives sales and create an unforgettable shopping experience. In this role, you will engage with customers, help increase our product selection online, and create a stronger social media footprint. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to meet their needs effectively
- Assist customers with product selections, styling, and curation.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upload Products to our upcoming website and other 3rd party platforms
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Strong proficiency and passion about the sneaker/streetwear industry
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in merchandisin
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices ensures positive interactions at all times
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14.0 – 28.0 per week
