Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, equipment, and floors.
- Bus tables promptly after guests finish their meals, clearing away dishes and utensils to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Support culinary staff during peak hours by providing assistance with various kitchen tasks.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is an asset.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
