Entry level career opportunity in a real estate title insurance company. Responsible for designated tasks related to the escrow accounting function of the company with primary responsibility for wires. Provide back-up support to the Centralized Department. Attention to detail and accuracy required. Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills and be dependable. Microsoft Office Suite required. Full-time position with excellent benefits.
- Post incoming wires.
- Approve & initiates wire outs.
- Post wire outs once approved.
- Balance the wire in accounts.
- Process refund letters.
- Issue Stop Payments.
- Obtain check and/or deposit copies when requested.
One year of related experience
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
