Year-Round Employment: Available for select team members
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with flexibility for Fridays and occasional weekends

Location: Field-based (must be able to commute to Romeoville, IL)
We are seeking an experienced Landscaping & Lawn Care Estimator / Field Lead to meet with clients, build accurate quotes, and help lead crews in the field. This role is ideal for someone with strong lawn care and landscaping experience who communicates well with clients and can take ownership of projects from estimating through completion.
This is a full-time position during the main season (March–November). During the winter months (December–February), part-time work is available, including snow removal and shop-related duties. Year-round full-time employment is available for select team members based on performance, experience, and company needs.
This role is paid hourly and includes sales commission based on approved and completed work.

Meet with residential and commercial clients on-site to review requested services

Walk properties with clients to clarify job expectations and requirements

Clearly explain landscaping and lawn care services, scope, and timelines

Measure, photograph, and document all work areas accurately

Build detailed, itemized quotes for landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal services

Communicate job scope, expectations, and pricing with office and field teams

Organize and review daily job schedules

Oversee equipment loading and ensure all required tools and materials are ready

Train, guide, and supervise Crew Technicians for optimal performance

Lead and participate in completing assigned tasks

Perform manual labor and field work when needed

Manage unloading, cleaning, and proper storage of equipment

Maintain accurate records, including work hours, job details, and before/after photos

Track labor time and job progress using Google Sheets

Ensure all job documentation is completed accurately and on time

Ensure equipment is properly maintained and used safely

Report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly

Help enforce job-site safety standards

Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance

Strong communication skills with clients and team members

Fluent in English (Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus)

Valid driver’s license and ability to operate trucks and small trailers

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 lbs or more for extended periods

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Romeoville, IL

Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and work alongside a team

Comfortable using smartphones and Google Sheets for time tracking and reporting

Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual English / Spanish

Experience leading landscaping or lawn care crews

Estimating or project coordination experience

Familiarity with clean-ups, mulch installation, trimming, sod, and lawn care programs
