Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prescriptions and medical supplies to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Handle and transport medications with care, following all safety and privacy regulations.
- Collect payments and obtain necessary signatures when required.
- Maintain delivery logs and reports as needed.
- Assist with pharmacy tasks when not making deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Ability to lift packages and drive for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local routes and GPS navigation.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
