We are hiring experienced OTR Class A CDL drivers to haul dry van freight across all 48 contiguous states. This is a 100% no-touch freight position. You will be permanently assigned to a late-model Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia, fully loaded with driver amenities, and you take the truck home during time off.
COMPENSATION
- $0.70 per mile ALL miles paid (no unpaid empty miles)
- Weekly take-home: $2,250 to $2,450 (based on 3,200 to 3,500 miles/week average)
- Layover pay: $150 per event
- Detention pay: $25/hr after the first 2 hours
- Direct deposit every Friday no delays
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
- OTR tours: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks out
- Home time: 3 to 4 days after each tour
- Routes: All 48 states Strict NO-NYC policy

REQUIREMENTS
- License: Valid Class A CDL (minimum 2 years showing on license)
- Experience: 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Testing: Standard DOT Urine Drug Screen only Conveniently completed at a lab in your local ZIP code (No Hair Follicle testing required).
- Job History: No more than 8 jobs in the past 3 years
- Safety: No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years; No reckless driving or 15+ MPH speeding violations

- Any DUI or DWI history (Lifetime disqualifier)
- SAP program history (Lifetime disqualifier)
- Current residence in CA, MS, LA, or AL (Outside our hiring area)
