Construction PM/Superintendent
We are looking for a PM/Superintendent to join our team of employees on construction projects in and near Billings, MT.

Responsibilities:
· Oversees project supervision and construction processes from initiation through closeout, including review and implementation of project plans, construction documents, contractor coordination and management.
· Supervises the subcontractors and ensures that they are punctual and deliver. Provides leadership to the employees and contractors on site.
· Ensures quality of all projects, resource allocation and construction standards.
· Ensures that quality is preserved in the construction process.
· Works with government inspectors on the standard requirements of the contract/site.
· Performs general inspection of the subcontractors and employees; their performance and safety. Ensures the project team follows safe work practices. Inspects projects at various stages of construction. Inspects and tests the projects for contract compliance.
· Investigates and takes corrective action to address customer concerns regarding quality.
Qualifications include:
· Related Superintendent and/or Project Management experience and construction experience.
· Federal and commercial construction experience. Federal construction highly preferred.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and construction software programs.
