We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, at our center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care and progress.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Advocate for clients by educating families about available resources and support services.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health is preferred.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to analyze behavioral data effectively.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing effective treatment plans.
- Knowledge of patient care standards and best practices in behavioral therapy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.

This role is flexible as the BCBA will be hired on to work a minimum of 20 hours per week but is able to work up to full time per their discretion and flexibility.
