Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview
Compressor Services is looking for a dependable Laborer / Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on position that supports our installation and service crews with compressed air piping, equipment installation, shop work, jobsite preparation, and general labor.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is mechanically inclined, and wants to build a long-term career in the trades. The right person will have the opportunity to learn the compressed air industry and eventually grow into a Service Technician role.
Experience with air compressors is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of compressed air piping systems
- Help install, move, and set air compressors, dryers, tanks, drains, and related equipment
- Load and unload tools, materials, pipe, fittings, and equipment
- Assist technicians and installers on jobsites
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area, jobsite, shop, and vehicles
- Cut, measure, prep, and assemble piping materials
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from lead installers, technicians, and managers with minimal oversight
- Perform general labor tasks as needed
- Learn proper installation practices, safety procedures, and equipment basics
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to show up ready to work
- Comfortable working in industrial and commercial environments
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Takes pride in clean, organized, quality work
- Able to lift, carry, bend, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Basic tool knowledge is preferred
- Prior construction, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license Required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in shops, factories, mechanical rooms, and customer facilities
- Must be dependable, punctual and safety-minded
- Must be able to meet applicable customer/site access requirements when required
Growth Opportunity
This is not intended to be just a labor position forever. Our goal is to train the right person into a larger role within the company. As you learn the equipment, piping systems, tools, and service side of the business, there may be an opportunity to grow into an Installer, Preventative Maintenance Technician, or full Service Technician position.

Compressor Services is an industrial compressed air company that provides sales, service, installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs for commercial and industrial customers. We work on air compressors, dryers, piping systems, filtration, drains, and related compressed air equipment.

Full-time Service Company, Monday Through Frida, weekends as needed
