Job Overview
SFC Seoul Fried Chicken is seeking a dedicated, high-energy Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. This role is designed for a leader who is comfortable wearing multiple hats—from high-level sales tracking and inventory management to getting hands-on in the kitchen during a rush.
Our focus is on delivering a premium, streamlined experience with a heavy emphasis on digital, to-go, and delivery orders. You will be the primary driver of operational excellence, ensuring that every order is accurate and every customer becomes a repeat guest.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Order Management
- Workflow Optimization: Oversee the daily flow of orders, ensuring the kitchen and front-of-house (FOH) stay synchronized to meet pickup and delivery timelines.
- Digital Platforms: Manage third-party delivery tablets and our internal POS system to ensure menu accuracy and smooth order processing.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict standards for food quality, packaging, and presentation for all off-premise sales.
Leadership & Team Development
- Training: Onboard and train new staff on SFC’s specific service standards, kitchen safety, and customer interaction protocols.
- Scheduling: Create and manage employee shifts to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
- Mentorship: Foster a positive work environment and hold the team accountable for cleanliness and speed of service.
Administrative & Financial Management
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels of ingredients and packaging; manage ordering to minimize waste while preventing shortages.
- Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash handling, sales reporting, and reconciliation. Monitor labor costs and COGS to hit profitability targets.
Customer Experience
- Retention: Implement strategies to build rapport with local customers and turn first-time diners into regulars.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution for every guest.
Cross-Functional Support
- Operational Agility: Master both FOH and kitchen operations (including our specialized frying and glazing techniques) to jump into any position when the business demands it.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of management experience in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
