Experienced Registered Nurse looking for flexible, rewarding work in clinical research. We are seeking skilled and compassionate RNs to support research study visits across the Northeast.
Our clinical research referrals are located throughout New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts providing opportunities to work with diverse patient populations in their private homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
Nursing activities may include:
- Blood specimen collection (phlebotomy)
- Sample processing and preparation for shipment
- Study drug administration
- Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Urine specimen collection
- IV infusion administration
- Clinical assessments and patient monitoring
- Accurate documentation of study-related procedures
- Adherence to research protocols and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in the private home setting
Preferred:
- Recent phlebotomy experience, 1 year
- Specimen processing experience, 1 year
- Recent IV infusion experience, 1 year
- Experience working with both pediatric and adult patients, 1 year
- Clinical research experience is a plus but not required
