We're Hiring | Investments & Operations Associate
Hinze Capital is looking to add an Investments & Operations Associate to our team.
This is a hands-on role with exposure across accounting, operations, insurance, acquisitions, financial analysis, asset management, and strategic initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience across many facets of a growing business while developing skills in accounting, operations, insurance, acquisitions, and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help build a growing investment platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and various accounting-related projects
- Supporting operational initiatives across the portfolio
- Assisting with the administration and growth of our tenant insurance program
- Financial analysis, reporting, and Excel-based modeling projects
- Acquisition analysis, due diligence, and transaction support
- Asset management and portfolio performance monitoring
- Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Coordinating with property managers, vendors, insurance partners, and third-party service providers
- Lender, broker, investor, and vendor communications
- Special projects across the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in public accounting, finance, consulting, operations, insurance, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in real estate, investing, insurance, and private markets
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of projects

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
