As our Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of Pratt Abbott, providing exceptional customer service. You will keep the store clean, process dry cleaning and wash and fold orders, sign up new customers, and operate a register.
To thrive in this role, you must have the abilities to multitask, basic math skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
