About the Job
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling metal roofing and siding solutions and providing professional customer service to contractors and DIY customers. You will accomplish this by assisting customers in making purchasing decisions, efficiently processing sales transactions, and ensuring the customer has everything needed to complete a project. Handling sales transactions, support to Outside Sales, and communication are all components of this position. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by supplying advice and information, producing timely estimates for packages and projects, and following up on sales calls.
- Provide superior customer service while ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
- Follow up on online customer quotes.
- Support the Outside Sales program.
Requirements to Be Considered For the Position
- Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment
- Familiarity with building and roofing materials
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member
