Job Description:
Maintain and repair the physical condition of the property, and equipment as necessary and as directed by the Property Manager to protect them from deterioration.
Job Requirements:

Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair and masonry

Previous condo maintenance preferred

High school diploma or GED and related vocational training and or work experience

Must be able to communicate in English and read work orders

As a full-time employee, the Maintenance tech is required to work a minimum of forty hours each week.

The Maintenance person must be available to perform occasional on-call maintenance duties after hours when necessary.

The Maintenance person must provide his own hand tools, have valid driver's license and transportation.

Complete and document work orders in a thorough and timely manner.

Identify and report building or property deficiencies or needs to the Property Manager.

Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, maintain a clean, safe, well organized work area and insure an adequate inventory supply.
