Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 per year
Compass Healthcare is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for overseeing billing operations, office administration, clerical functions, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day billing operations
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing
- Maintain billing records and supporting documentation
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing matters
- Perform office administration and clerical tasks
- Prepare reports and assist leadership with administrative projects
- Support operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous billing, healthcare billing, accounts receivable, or related experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) preferred
