About Us
North Carolina Personal Care Services is a growing home care organization serving individuals and families in Greensboro and surrounding communities. We are expanding our services to include skilled nursing and infusion services and are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to help lead this exciting next phase of our organization.
We are looking for a RN Clinical Supervisor who is both clinically strong and passionate about providing exceptional care in the home setting.
This is an opportunity to join our organization at an early stage of our skilled nursing expansion and play an important role in building, developing, and leading our clinical nursing services.
Position Overview
The RN Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight for skilled nursing services while also providing direct patient care, including IV infusion services as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, IV/infusion experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while helping establish a strong clinical foundation for our growing skilled nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of skilled nursing services
- Provide direct skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
- Provide IV infusion therapy and other nursing services within the RN's scope of practice and physician/provider orders
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in clients' conditions
- Oversee and coordinate individualized plans of care
- Review and monitor nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Assist with developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
- Help establish clinical standards for skilled nursing and infusion services
- Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff as the department grows
- Assist with orientation and clinical training of nurses
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, therapists, caregivers, clients, and families
- Monitor quality of care and participate in quality improvement activities
- Ensure nursing services are provided in accordance with applicable regulations, professional standards, and agency policies
- Assist with clinical compliance and survey readiness
- Respond appropriately to changes in client condition and clinical concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Promote patient safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Participate in developing the skilled nursing program as the organization expands
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience
- Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills
- Home health, home infusion, skilled nursing, or comparable clinical experience strongly preferred
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Infusion-related certification or specialty training is a plus.

Work Location: On the road
