Veterinary Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who has experience as a veterinary receptionist.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred (minimum 2 years veterinary experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, professional, and respectful attitude toward clients, coworkers, and patients
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- The ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient during busy or stressful situations
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries with accuracy and compassion
- Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Process payments and discuss estimates when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients
- Assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience from check-in to check-out
- Support hospital operations through teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to help where needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of veterinary experience preferred
- Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred
- Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and basic office functions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to obtain Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substances Permit
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
