About The Position
As a Roofing Sales Representative at Weatherguard, you will play a pivotal role in guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process and ensuring their roofing needs are met with utmost professionalism. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include going door-to-door to generate leads, meeting with clients, assessing damage, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Required: A strong desire to earn and the motivation to work hard to achieve financial success.
- Required: Self-driven and gritty, with the ability to take initiative and overcome challenges.
- Required: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build trust with homeowners.
- Preferred: Prior experience in sales, especially in door-to-door or commission-based roles.
- Preferred: Background in roofing, construction, or insurance is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Required: Comfort and willingness to work outdoors, including climbing roofs and engaging with clients in the field.
- Preferred: Coachable mindset, eager to learn and apply new skills quickly.
