Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years working as a State Farm Team Member, learning the business and gaining firsthand experience helping customers protect what matters most. That experience shaped the kind of agency I wanted to create—one where team members are supported, challenged, and given opportunities to grow.
I attended Drake University and enjoy spending my free time outdoors, relaxing at the cabin, playing pickleball, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams. I believe work should be rewarding, but it's also important to enjoy life outside the office and maintain a healthy balance.
As a new agency, we're focused on creating a positive and supportive culture where people enjoy coming to work each day. We're building a team that works hard, supports one another, and shares a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Davis Olson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
