This position is responsible for:
This position is responsible for creating exceptional customer service experiences. Primary responsibilities include selling and/or verifying memberships, program registrations, and Kroc merchandise through a POS system as well as providing facility information and tours, answering and routing all incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and offer assistance to all people as they enter the facility.

Provide accurate information about membership types, benefits and costs.

Perform POS transactions, i.e. handle cash, credit cards or checks, make change and operate the kiosk.

Complete the necessary paperwork for bank deposits at the end of shift.

Receive and handle incoming calls.

Ensure visitors and guests adhere to Kroc Center and Membership policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Primary work is attending the Front Desk with long periods of standing and periodic walking while conducting facility tours. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment and included frequent phone and in person contact with people from diverse backgrounds who at times may be frustrated or confused regarding policies.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED and

1-2 years if cashier/customer service experience or

Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
