The AT&T Team Members’ sales impact will grow as they connect modern fiber internet technology with our customers’ ever-changing connectivity needs.
As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll start with sales training on connecting with our customers about the flexibility of AT&T Fiber for multiple devices and users. The AT&T Team Member will also train to weave sales guidance into helpful customer dialogues without overselling. With practice, you’ll master how genuine engagement builds momentum for sustainable sales results and happy customers.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member
- Engage in person with customers to assess connectivity needs and present AT&T Fiber as the gold standard for internet.
- Drive sales growth by positioning AT&T Fiber as the future-proof choice that scales with evolving digital demands, such as VR and IoT.
- Match customers with AT&T Fiber plans that align with their bandwidth requirements, from light users to power users with multiple 4K streams.
- Secure sales by addressing concerns about installation, emphasizing AT&T Fiber’s professional setup and minimal disruption.
- Enhance the sales experience by offering tailored AT&T Fiber plans that account for family size, device count, and usage patterns.
- Monitor sales metrics to identify trends in customer preferences for AT&T Fiber, adjusting strategies to highlight the most sought-after features.
Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Interest in sales or customer service is a plus; no experience required.
- Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques in a hands-on environment.
- Basic understanding of internet concepts like speed, reliability, and connectivity.
- Ability to explain fiber services in simple terms that customers can easily understand.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
