We are looking for fun-loving and caring individuals to join our team to mentor and provide support for autistic individuals in the Madison, WI area. No experience is required- we will provide all training. We are looking for candidates that can be with us for more than one semester (prefer one year).

Position Requirements:
-
Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma and have a reliable vehicle
-
Excellent communication skills, compassionate, patient and enjoy working with children and young adults
-
Must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, run and lift up to 50lbs
-
Prefer candidates that can stay with us for at least one year
Position Details:
-
You will engage and play with clients while following a therapy program which will be developed for you
- You will work 1:1 with clients in their home or community setting. Sessions usually run 2-4 hours long
- Shifts available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm as well as weekends

$250 Sign On Bonus payable upon satisfactory completion of 90 day probationary period and all training
