Position Overview
Tucker Hill is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lead Generation Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with scheduling service and installation leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of lead aggregate emails and inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and support scheduling needs
- Schedule service calls and installations accurately
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal teams
- Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and promoting services when appropriate
- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Sales or call center experience preferred
- HVAC or home services experience is a plus
Schedule
- Evening shift required
- Weekend availability required
- On-call rotation (1–2 times per month)
